1. The call echo effect is related to the phone signal; 2. In order to enhance battery life, Nano will cancel the CVC function when in a low power condition. Charging Nano to an adequate level will resolve the echo problem.

For safety intention, we design only left headphone for phone call audio. When making calls in potentially unsafe environments (outdoors, during sports, driving, etc.), using only a single headphone will allow the user to hear the surrounding environment.

If there is no sound in the left side, but the right side has sound, double-click the left earphone, the Siri interface will open on the phone.
